May 23 2006

Second growth bottoms in lot 2 (Shot 10 bathroom to be relocated in background)

Note the garbage in the photo.

This is the area where Booth Creek wants a parking lot, bathrooms, children's ski schools, and ticket sales to increase their Comfortable Carrying Capacity.

Booth Creek wants to pave it.

These trees were not dead when they were cut. Note the proximity of fresh orange stump to river.

These trees were very recently alive.  They were not snags.  Note the healthy bark and delicious orange color of the fresh wood.

The EPA believes that development here will hurt water quality.
